In order to support our branches in Cairo Road, Chilenje, Matero, Kalingalinga, and in our upcoming locations, we seek to recruit the following position below:

Client Advisors (CA/11/14)-No immediate openings

Main Responsibilities:

• Key contact between Branch clients and the bank (Excellent customer service skills)
• Open accounts for individual and legal entities (Ability to work independently)
• Promote and sell products to individual and legal entities and handles payment orders
• Handle payment orders
• Responsible for KYC and AML procedures
• Help fulfil the branch targets

Qualifications and requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate. Tertiary certificate or Diploma in any field an advantage
• Basic knowledge of mathematics is essential
• Good computer literacy
• Fluency in English and a local language
• High Level of Integrity
• Ability to work Independently
• No previous professional experience required

Cashiers (CAS/11/14)-No immediate openings

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible to perform all customer counter transactions
• Responsible for the cash till until it is locked in the vault by a supervisor
• Providing customer service and market the bank’s products

Qualifications and requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate. Tertiary certificate or Diploma in any field an advantage
• Basic knowledge of mathematics is essential
• Good computer literacy
• Fluency in English and a local language
• High Level of Integrity
• Ability to work Independently
• No previous professional experience required
