Access Bank Zambia is seeking to recruit self-motivated, enthusiastic and innovative persons to fill the following position:

Branch Service Head 

Reporting to the Country Operating Officer, s/he will:

  • Ensure effective / efficient implementation of bank-wide policies with respect to branch operations
  • Supervise the administration of the vault through effective treasury management
  • Review and approve retail credit applications within stipulated guidelines / limits
  • Supervise activities of operations staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers
  • Supervise counting of vault cash and verify agreement with cash register
  • Ensure that the unit has adequate allocation of resources to enable it meet stated objectives

Qualification and Skills:

  • First degree in any Business related discipline. Masters in Business Administration or Banking & Finance and professional qualification will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a bank or other financial institution.
