We are planning to disrupt the academic consulting industry and are currently looking for highly motivated people to help us do that.

Call Center Operator

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Experience working with native English speakers is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Interaction with new clients, advising on the order procedures, assistance with the web site interface
  • Providing support for existing clients: resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution; following on the process of the order.
  • NO cold calling
