BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR – SOLWEZI
The position of Branch Administrator reports directly to the Branch Manager. The Branch Administrator is accountable for; managing the day-to-day operations of the Branch, prioritizing & allocating workload and ensuring the delivery & maintenance of exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
BRANCH MANAGER – MPULUNGU
This role reports directly to the Manager: Retail Sales & Service. The ideal candidate is responsible for the overall performance and routine running of the Branch as set by the Performance Contract.
BRANCH MANAGER – KITWE
This role reports directly to the Manager: Retail Sales & Service. The ideal candidate is responsible for the overall performance and routine running of the Branch as set by the Performance Contract.
DATABASE ENGINEER
This role reports directly to the IT Manager and is responsible for efficiently managing, controlling and maintaining the Windows Server 2003/2008, Exchange Server 2003, Terminal Server and general networks in the bank. Also responsible for the usage, accuracy, efficiency, security, maintenance, administration and development of an organizations computerized systems, server infrastructure and database.
