Corporate Communications Officer Job: Access Bank Zambia Ltd – June 2017


Access Bank Zambia Ltd commenced operations in September 2008. The Bank is a member of the Access Bank Group, a leading multinational, financial services franchise made up of seven African Banking subsidiaries and one in the United Kingdom. Leveraging off the network and capabilities of the Group, we are at the forefront of innovation in the Zambian Banking sector pioneering electronic payment of taxes in 2010 and launching first U.S Dollar Credit Card issued by a Zambian Commercial Bank in 2012. Access Bank Zambia is seeking to recruit self-motivated, enthusiastic and innovative persons to fill the following positions:

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head Customer Experience, s/he will:
  • Ensure r internal and external communications and corporate relations of the bank, including publicity and public relations, advertising, branding and image management
  • Articulate clear brand goals and objectives and provide leadership for global brand management
  • Establish guidelines for and ensure compliance for brand standardization and quality control and audit
  • Articulate clear program for corporate and product advertising
  • Oversee corporate social responsibility strategy and project definition/execution including budget allocation and management

Qualifications

  • First Degree from recognized university in a relevant discipline
  • Three years’ experience in a bank or other financial institution
