Job description

Manager – Human Resources

The key roles & deliverables includes :-

a. Implement the IBU HCM support plan made up of:

– IBU production and related deliverables which form the basis of the HCM plan development
– The HCM implementation plan with HCM result areas, deliverables and success measurement criteria, delivery timelines, responsibility matrix and resources required

b. Implement the IBU internal communication plan covering key communication focus areas including:

– Safety
– Employee relations focusing on key stakeholders (Employees management and the Union)

c. Industrial relations: Develop and implement plans to manage effective industrial relations

d. Facilitate learning strategy/IBU training plan implementation including:

– Production related training programme
– Competency mapping
– Monitoring and evaluation of learning effectiveness
– Implementation of the targeted individual employee development programmes
– Coordinate implementation of the IBU Stars of Business programme

e. Manpower budget management, including achievement of:

– Manpower optimization targets
– Manpower productivity improvement

f. Performance management: Coordinate individual scorecards development and sign off on an annual basis and monthly and quarterly reviews are achieved for the IBU

g. HCM processes management: Effective utilisation of the SAP HCM module to competently manage:

– Employees compensation and benefits
– Performance Management
– Employee Learning
– HCM knowledge sharing within the IBU
– Manpower planning

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources management or industrial psychology or any other relevant discipline.
• A post graduate qualification would be recommended.
• Membership to a relevant professional organisation.
