ECR is a  a network of Protestant churches responding to HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria in Zambia. It is a is a faith-based organization whose aim is to make the largest impact possible on the reduction of disease in Zambia in collaboration with some other similar organisations, funded by USAID, European Union,UNICEF, and Global Fund either directly or through a range of highly regarded local and international organizations.

ECR is seeking highly qualified, purpose driven candidates with a passion for the vulnerable and awakening potential in others, to fill in the position below for a 5-year USAID project ZAMBIA FAMILY (ZAMFAM):

1. Data Entry Clerks (DECs) – Chingola (1), Ndola (1), Kitwe (2), Luanshya (1), Lusaka (1), Luangwa (1) and Chirundu (1)

The Data Entry Clerks (DECs) will be responsible for the entering of data for the project and assist with implementation, monitoring, evaluation and capturing of data for reporting of project activities as per approved project work plans assigned MOUs. The position will be responsible for the day-to-day entry of the project data at all levels of implementation.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Expertise

Minimum of a Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience or certificate with over 4 years of relevant work experience in relevant fields or an equivalent combination of training and experience:
Excellent with Microsoft office
Ability to multi task, organize end prioritize tasks. ability to work under minimum supervision, good computer skills, self motivated, quick learner and team oriented
