- Developing in-depth knowledge of a business client’s activities
- Identifying business client needs and delivering customized solutions for a portfolio of business clients
- Servicing and managing product distribution and cross-sell within each business client to maximize profits and ROE
- Sound portfolio management and optimizing the true potential of portfolios
- Quality of the business client base within the portfolio
- Developing quality new business opportunities to ensure portfolio growth
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and specifically in terms of client expectations
- Managing the resolution of transactional banking issues when escalated from operational areas to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining an appropriate profile within the community
- Initiating quality credit applications
- Effective teamwork and collaboration with all business partners.
