Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of FNB Business to Business (B2B) marketing campaigns, events and activities
• Coordinate communication with creative and media agencies and implement high-impact programs on-time and on-budget
• Budget management and financial disciplinefor all campaign, including on going management of media investments, production costs and campaign scenario planning to optimise investments that help achieve business goals
• Manage the measurement, analysis, and reporting of marketing program performance and its impact on business results and the FNB brand
• Gather and synthesize deep insights on FNB’s target customer base and competitors
• Work with cross-functional teams and agency partners (external and internal) to create and gain alignment on the creative brief and key performance measures
• Support the successful execution and implementation of integrated campaign activations, across multiple channels,including digital, web, social, events email and search
• Develop joint marketing programs with select business partners

Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate with five credit passes including English and Mathematics
• IMM, CIM qualifications or Business degree
• Three years business experience, with majority in marketing or advertising and strong experience in marketing operations
• Experience in managing creative, media and social or digital agency partners
• Ability to generate and manage work-back timelines and keep projects on track
• Experience in the financial services and B2B marketing an advantage
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing
