FirstRand Group History FNB can trace its origins back to the Eastern Province Bank, which was formed in Grahamstown, South Africa in 1838. By 1874, the bank had four 4 branches – Grahamstown, Middelburg, Cradock and Queenstown. Due to a recession, the bank was bought out in 1874 by the Oriental Bank Corporation (OBC). However, as a result of financial difficulties being experienced in India, the OBC decided to withdraw from South Africa. Job Title: Service Advisor

Responsibilities

  • Physical appearance of branch image (inside and outside)
  • Assessing customer needs and facilitate the resolution thereof
  • Implementation and maintenance of Branch Service Plan, Standards and Service Targets
  • Adherence to service standards
  • Complaints management and service recovery
  • Campaign management
  • Marketing material stock control
  • Achieve competence against all key results areas required and others
  • Advise clients on products and services and generate sales
  • Leads generation
  • Assessing customer needs and facilitate the resolution thereof
  • Implementation and maintenance of Branch Service Plan, Standards and Service Targets
  • Complaints management and service recovery
  • Channel migration
  • Coach frontline staff to provide the appropriate experience to customers
  • Dynamic Queue management
  • Marketing material stock control
  • Adherence to service standards and FNB Golden Rules Preference will be given to candidates

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in relevant field
  • Matriculation or relevant tertiary qualification
  • One to five Years related experience
