Focus Ironclad Group is a fast growing financial services group with investments in companies that provide Investment Banking, Working Capital Finance, Leasing, General and Life Insurance and Asset Management. The main objective of our business is to tap the untapped market of SMEs through its strategic business lines in the subsidiaries stated above.
The Graduate Development Programme (GDP)is aimed at giving new graduates an opportunity to gain ‘hands on’ experience as well as develop an in depth understanding and knowledge of the various businesses within the Focus Group. It also provides the graduate an opportunity to develop work ethics and learn how to thrive in a dynamic fast growing business environment with a vibrant young team.
This initiative is also a way of giving back to society and the institutions that groomed the people that are driving the economy of the nation. It is aimed at contributing to the growth of the business environment and demonstrates Focus’s commitment to the development of talent in the country.
The Program has a ten months rotational plan of intensive experiential learning assignments, couching, mentorship and an exciting business improvement project in any of the following Businesses;  Investment Banking, Working Capital Finance, Leasing, General and Life Insurance and Asset Management departments in Focus.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, creative , leader, good attitude and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent learning and analytical abilities
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
