Job Title: Health Systems Application Developer
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer/software engineering, information systems, or health IT management
  • Five  years’ experience in systems and applications development
  • Fluent English (level IV) and good working knowledge (level III) of two local languages is required. (This will be tested.)
  • Must have developed knowledge of health information systems and software applications for clinical contexts
  • Must be able to program in procedural, object oriented, and database languages including Visual Basic, C, C++, and SQL
  • Must have knowledge of health care applications development standards and guidelines and a working knowledge of Ministry of Health policies
