Responsibilities

  • Experience in the development of project M&E framework with clear defination of objectives.
  • Proven success in designing, implementing, and operating project M&E systems from project initialisation to closeout stage
  • Ability to define clear PM&E guidelines and procedures for the project M&E activities
  • Experience in stratagic planningand performance measurement, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting and developing M&E and performance monitoring plans
  • Proven experience in the design and implementation of a system to identify, analyse, document and disseminate lessons learned from program and project impact
  •  Experience and ability in managing and providing oversight of complex baseline and follow-up project surveys, including writing terms of reference,reviewing and commenting on sampling and technical survey design documents,developing questionnaires, reviewing training and management of enumerators, providing oversight to survey feild work  and providing oversight on data quality checks and preparation of data sets
  • knowledge understanding of impact evaluation and ability to serve as a project liaison for the impact evaluation
  • Experience in data analysis and management packages
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge in one or more of Zambia’s major languages is recommended

Qualification

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Adminisration, Information Management, Project Management, or other relevant academic background
  • Atlist five years of Mornitoring and Evaluation experience. Capacity to produce high-quality briefs and reports
