Hygrotech Zambia Ltd seeks a suitable person for the following position:
Technical Sales Manager
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, skills and attributes:
- Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Crops Science preferably
- Proven practical experience in marketing of farming inputs as solutions into farming systems
- Broad understanding of different cultural practice involved in Agriculture
- Experience in working with Commercial farming units and experience with small scale farmers an advantage. Provide technical advice, sales support and enthusiastic customer service turning into tangible product sales
- Able to transfer product and growing technologies and articulate in a more understable manner to company clients
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentable disposition
- Be able to work under minimum supervision and a team player
This vacancy is Lusaka Zambia based, and the candidate will cover clients in Zambia and open opportunities in Malawi and Congo DR. A valid vehicle licence is a necessity as the job requires extensive travel.
A market related, performance based remuneration package according to qualifications and experience will be offered.
