Industrial Relations Specialist and HR Systems Analyst (Ref:ME Lng 006)
Responsibilities
Projects will cover the following service areas:
a. Internal Control Review – including corporate governance, enterprise risk management, strategic sourcing, IPO preparation, sustainability, and regulatory compliance
b. HR systems reviews, and NOT HR functions
c. Developing processes for Mill Ball and training staff in related field- InHouse training.
d. Research and Investigative Analysis – including authenticating evidence for quantitative dispute resolution, and corporate intelligence services.
