Internet & Mobile Banking Sales Specialist Job at ZANACO


Zambia National Commercial Bank Plc (Zanaco) is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the following job aimed at contributing to the Bank’s strategic vision, in the Commercial Division under the Retail Banking Department at Head Office:-

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving growth and sustainability of Internet and Mobile Banking channel usage
  • To manage usage optimization of the Internet Banking and Mobile Banking value proposition
  • Under the supervision of the Head Alternate Banking Sales, the following are among the Job Key
  • Contributes to the implementation or execution of internet and mobile banking business strategy
  • Responsible for internet and mobile banking proposition and sales strategy
  • Responsible for revenue performance of internet and mobile banking channel
  • Identify and increase opportunities to increase internet and mobile banking penetration in conjunction with Products and Channels
  • Conduct quarterly market sizing and provide initiatives to stay ahead of the market
  • In charge of delivering full internet and mobile banking value for all segments across the business
  • Ensure 90% internet and mobile banking penetration Zanaco customer base
  • Ensure that internet and mobile banking proposition is carried on all Bank branding items or adverts or articles and print media
  • Responsible for delivery of positive income statement for internet and mobile banking business
    Manage end to end client communication
  • Maintaining and growing relationships with relevant stakeholders across multiple business categories for on-boarding on Zanaco’s internet and mobile banking value proposition
  • Provide weekly and monthly management dashboards for internet and mobile banking business
  • Ensure training, implementation and support and project management advice
  • l Regulators on statutory matters , customers

Qualifications

  • Five Credits Grade 12 Certificate including Mathematics and English
  • University Degree in relevant subject
  • Diploma in Banking or Finance will be an added advantage
  • At least four years banking or digital Banking experience
  • Understanding of all Retail Banking products and account opening, KYC Requirements
  • Understanding of relevant legislation KYC, Anti – Money laundering, Banking code
  • Understanding of people policies and processes
  • Demonstrated complaint handling and skills certifications
