Job description

The purpose of this position is to provide highly specialized surgical services to the employees at the KCM hospitals and the community as per medical policy.

To provide comprehensive surgical and specialized general surgical services.
To diagnosis and manage general surgical conditions either conservatively by surgical operation.
To teach and advise medical, nursing and paramedical staff on surgical practice in order to maintain high surgical standards and develop their knowledge and skills.

Job Responsibilities:

To build the LOM schedule within the software package.
Lead and guide the Long Range Planning Engineers in the development of a 1,2,5,10 year plans all which need to align with the LOM plan.
Manage and train junior scheduling engineers along the way transference of skills
Manage the designs that contribute to the formation of the annual budget.
