Job Title (1) Administration Officer
Responsibilities
  • Ensure Asset and inventory register is maintained and that all Assets are comprehensively insured
  • Recommend to management Assets for disposal
  • Purchase company goods and services in-line with the procurement policy
  • Establish and negotiate contact or purchasing terms, conditions and maintain supplier relationship
  • Manage inventory of all goods and services
  • Maintain an up-to-date database suppliers
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Purchasing or any other related discipline from a recognized institution
  • Three years work experience in Administration or Purchasing
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
Job Title (2) Human Resource Officer
Responsibilities 
  • Lead and facilitate performance management system
  • Prepare employment contracts for staff with the prior approval of the Chief Executive Officer and in liaison with People and Culture Manager (P and C)
  • Coordinate and facilitate staff recruitment
  • Prepare and submit update payroll information
