In order to support our branches in Cairo Road, Chilenje, Matero,
Kalingalinga, Chelston and in our upcoming locations in Garden
and the Copperbelt, we seek to recruit the following positions below

BACK OFFICE CREDIT OFFICERS KITWE (Ref: BOCO/08/15)

Main Responsibilities:
Entering loan data into a banking system;
Ensuring accurate, complete and timely record keeping of all
credit data;
Data storage management, archiving of loan and contract files;
Supporting Agro, SME and Micro Credit Officers;

AGRO LOAN OFFICER LUSAKA AND EASTERN PROVINCE ( Ref:
AGLO/11/15):

Main Responsibilities:
Building up and Managing Agro loan portfolio;
Managing the relationship with Agro farmers on Bank behalf;
Identifying prospective Agro loan clients, promote and sell the
Agro loan Products;
Conducting business assessments, loan and risk analysis in the
field;
Monitoring and enforcing the loan repayments;
Fulfilling targets as set by the Credit Departments;

SME CREDIT OFFICERS IN KITWE (Ref: SMELO/11/15):

Main Responsibilities:
Building up and Managing SME (Small and Medium Sized
Enterprises) Loan Portfolio;
Managing the relationship with SMEs on Bank behalf;
Identifying prospective SME loan clients, promote and sell the SME
loan Products;
Conducting business assessments, loan and risk analysis in the
field;
Monitoring and enforcing the loan repayments;
Fulfilling targets as set by the Credit Departments;

MICRO CREDIT OFFICERS IN KITWE ( Ref: MLO/11/15):

Main Responsibilities:
Building up and Managing Micro Enterprises Loan Portfolio;
Managing the relationship with Micro Entrepreneurs on Bank
behalf;
Identifying prospective Micro loan clients, promote and sell the
Micro loan Products;
Conducting business assessments, loan and risk analysis in the
field;
Monitoring and enforcing the loan repayments;
Fulfilling targets as set by the Credit Departments;

CASHIERS (CAS/08/15)

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible to perform all customer counter transactions
Responsible for the cash till until it is locked in the vault by a
supervisor
Providing customer service and market the bank’s products

CLIENT ADVISORS (CA/08/15)

Main Responsibilities:
Key contact between Branch clients and the bank (Excellent
customer service skills)
Open accounts for individual and legal entities (Ability to work
independently)
Promote and sell products to individual and legal entities and
handles payment orders
Handle payment orders
Responsible for KYC and AML procedures
Help fulfil the branch targets

Direct Promotion Agents (DPA/08/15)

Main Responsibilities:
Distribute the bank’s flyers in the markets, in the streets, and in
other busy locations
Explain the bank’s products in detail, convince potential customers
of the benefits of the bank’s products, and offer the most suitable
product to each given client
Conduct efficient follow-up on potential customers
Identify additional opportunities for AB Bank to reach out to
potential customers
Represent AB Bank and its values towards customers and potential
customers
Help fulfil the branch targets
Requirements for all positions
Applicants must possess very good typing skills;
Accuracy and speed in typing are essential;
Experience with MS Excel is an added advantage;
Additional Requirements
Tertiary certificate or diploma in any field
No previous professional experience required
High level of integrity
Ability to work independently
