Job Title: Customer Engagement Analyst: Youth

Responsibilities

  • Track youth spend and their customer life cycle
  • Ensure youth packaged products and Services are pushed to the youth base
  • End to end coordination with Youth Ambassadors
  • Youth value proposition: increase brand loyalty, awareness and visibility
  • Event execution including branding, sales and activations
  • Liaise with Brand and Communication team on social media engagements
  • Manage the relationships between MTN and its external stakeholders

Requirements

  • First degree in marketing or any other Business/Commerce related degree
  • At least 2 years’ experience in consumer marketing
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position or dynamic and fast-moving industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Data Analysis
  • Event Execution
