OVERALL PURPOSE
To efficiently roll out cost-effective plans for fixed access based networks in order to grow customer base and maximize revenue for the organization.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Related Field
Professional Registration:
- Member of EIZ and EngRBtion
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Telecommunications
- Familiar with Fixed Access planning workflow and practices
- Experienced in developing and leading a planning team within a network context
Key Skills:
- Profound knowledge in Fixed Access Network Planning & Maintenance, Packet Switching & Routing, broad understanding of Zamtel business and knowledge of regulatory agencies standards, regulations, compliance and practices
