OVERALL PURPOSE
Responsible for all Network Operations process cycle (development, execution and monitoring), Risk mitigation and crisis management and operational reporting to drive network operations to excellence. The incumbent will constantly examine, measure.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Telecommunications or Related Field
Professional Registration:
- Member of EIZ
Minimum Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years relevant technical experience in Telecommunications (Mobile and Fixed Environment)
- Experience in Network crisis management and business risk
- Very familiar with O&M and technical support work flow and practices
- Should have a proven track record of managing Operational processes and providing guidance for continuous improvement
Key Skills:
- Has expanded technical knowledge in Mobile and Fixed technology
- Applies broader knowledge of standards to work assignments.
- Has a Sound understanding of all ZAMTEL technologies, systems & procedures.
- Deepens technical knowledge through exposure and continuous learning
- Fully proficient with operational processes and SLAs development
