Zambia National Commercial Bank Plc (Zanaco) is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the following job aimed at contributing to the Bank’s strategic vision, in the Commercial Division under the Product & Channel Department at Head Office:-
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION SENIOR SPECIALIST (X1)
Responsible for strategic implementation of sustained improvement of all key processes in the Bank. Assessing, scoping and leading process improvement and innovation to achieve quick turnaround times in the Bank for business processes in order to attain operation efficiency and bias to cost reduction
MOBILE & INTERNET BANKING SPECIALIST (X1)
Responsible for developing, modifying, implementing and monitoring the Bank’s , mobile, internet banking and e-commerce channel and strategy to ensure effective and efficient service delivery and profitability of the Bank.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – MKUSHI (X1), LUANSHYA (X1), KASAMA (X1)
Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, maximizing business levels, service and profit performance in Agribusiness Emergent & Smallholder whilst maintaining the portfolio within acceptable risk levels. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the Senior Relationship Manager Emergent and Smallholder in the implementation of the Agribusiness Emergent and Smallholder strategy and customer service and risk mitigation strategies.
PREMISES MANAGEMENT SENIOR SPECIALIST (X1)
Responsible for the management of the organization’s buildings and premises including health and safety; procurement and contract management; as well as the management and delivery of new development projects within stipulated budget, timelines and quality standards.
SECURITY ADMINISTRATOR (X1)
To ensure effective planning and coordination of the physical security of staff and Bank properties/assets
NEW DEVELOPMENTS ANALYST (X1)
To facilitate the successful implementation of all new development projects by overseeing feasibility assessments, project planning and implementation management.
MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR (X1)
To ensure that all Bank facilities, fittings, fixtures and equipment are maintained to a satisfactory and acceptable standard.
FRAUD MANAGEMENT & INVESTIGATIONS SPECIALIST (X1)
Performs professional fraud prevention, detection and investigation work compliance with standards and guidance set by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Work involves the detection and deterrence of fraud by evaluating accounting systems and internal controls for weaknesses, determining the degree of organizational fraud risk, interpreting financial data for unusual trends, supporting legal cases, testifying in court regarding findings of investigations and following up on fraud indicators. Maintains all Bank and professional ethical standards.
CASH MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR (X1)
To implement effective cash management and controls by monitoring branch operations and cash management.
RETAIL RECOVERIES COORDINATOR (X2)
To effectively manage non-performing retail accounts with the aim of maximizing recoveries for the Bank in the most effective and effective way thereby maximizing revenue and reducing risk for the Bank.
The job holder will be responsible for the management of offsite ATMs to ensure good ATM service delivery.
BRANCH SALES MANAGERS – LUSAKA & NORTHERN REGION (READVERTISED)
Responsible for delivery of branch sales targets and to ensure that there is quality service to customers in order to maximize profit. To acquire new business such as funded accounts and loan disbursements whilst maintaining and retaining existing business.
FOREIGN PAYMENTS HEAD (X1)
To oversee and manage foreign payments, trade finance services and SWIFT and ensure efficiency and effectiveness in banking operations in accordance with sound financial management principles and relevant internal guidelines.
