Cavmont Bank Limited is a registered local financial services provider with 20 outlets
across Zambia that delivers high quality products, services and financial solutions to the
Retail and Corporate markets.

We are looking for an outstanding Human Resource with extensive experience in high
profile and complex environments to fill the following position:

MOBILE BANKING SUPERVISOR
Reporting directly into the Manager e-Channels; is responsible for sales, technical and
commercial support as well as training on Mobile and Agency Banking Channels to
contribute towards operational excellence and service delivery within the Bank.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)
 Providing technical assistance to ensure that all e-Channels are functioning
optimally for customers
 Ensuring efficient and competitive service delivery for both internally and
externally
 Overseeing that all the processes and administration procedures related to
contracts, application forms, setting up of clients and call/contact reports are
adhered to.
 Agency Banking, specific functions include, system interventions, processing of
new applications, resetting of passwords, e-Channels processing, e-Channels
reconciliation, updating of statistics, controlling of incoming bureau files, and
management of queries and requests received.
 Cellphone Banking, specific functions include, system Interventions, limited
access registration list, processing of new applications (Full Access), resetting of
pins and management of queries and requests received.
 Mobile App, specific functions include, system Interventions, increase / decrease
of limits, resetting of passwords / PIN’s, telephonic assistance while registering
and monitoring of CR2 / Private Banker portals.
 Training and Client Services, specific functions include, programme installations,
training of helpdesk and new employees, training and provision of information to
clients and branches, handling of enquiries and client requests, after sales
service, regular testing of platforms to ensure that the services are online and
functional and execute the stop transaction / recall process when requested by
clients.
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  •  At least 2 years’ experience in an e-Channels related environment
  •  Knowledge of e-Channel systems and processing activities
  •  Understanding of all e-Channels-related rules and regulations (e.g. Internet Banking, CellPhone Banking, Mobile App)
  •  Sound knowledge of banking products and services
  •  Computer literacy
QUALIFICATIONS
  •  Complete grade 12 Certificate with credits or better in Mathematics and English
  •  Diploma or Degree in Banking and Finance will be an added advantage
