Responsibilities

• To manage a team of Sales Promotors and trainers in the delivery of the business strategy
• To ensure that the CFA business achieves end of year business targets
• Developing and implementing a Marketing plan for Commercial First Aid (CFA), taking into account the wider ZRCS communications approach
• Develop a range of high quality and effective CFA promotional material for use by the Sales Promoters
• Ensures that actions agreed at management meetings and those allocated to the team have been carried out in a timely fasion
• Developing business ideas for the national society
• Manages the Quality Assurance process

Qualifications

• High level qualifications in Business Management, Marketing or similar relevant discipline
• Four years of Marketing experience
• Good writen and verbal communication skills
• computer proficiency
• Fluency in written and spoken English
