Nitrogen Chemicals of Zambia Ltd (NCZ), is wholly owned by the government of the Republic of Zambia.It is the only national fertilizer factory for national fertilizer demand. The Zambian government manages it through appointed Directors (The Board of Directors) including the Chief Executive Officer. The production processes at NCZ are back by a well-established laboratory that gives the quality assurance required. This means that the fertilizer you get is high quality to give you good yields. Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Electrical Superintendent (and Maintenance Manager) and implementation, and supervises workshop, plant equipment electrical engineering and maintenance activities
- Implementing plans for efficient electrical maintenance in the plants and repair
- Coordinating and supervising electrical workshop, plant and equipment maintenance activities
- Analysing plant and equipment electrical performance data and reporting of recurrent problems in order improve reliability of the plants and equipment
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance to electrical maintenance standards and completion of the tasks in time
Qualifications
- Grade 12 School Certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree in electrical Engineering
- A member of EIZ
- Excellent computer skills
- Five years experience in a similar position
- 30 years old
