Catholic Medical Mission Board (CMMB) is a leading faith-based NGO working to contribute to improving global health care for the world’s poor by building health, sustainable communities through community engagement and partnerships, seeks suitably qualified Zambians to fill the following positions:

Job Title: Field Data Associates (6) (To be based in Lusaka, Mongu, Solwezi, Chongwe, Luangwa and Kafue Districts).

Position Summary:

CMMB is seeking six (6) highly motivated individuals to be part of the vibrant team of the CMMB to fill the positions of Field Data Associates for Lusaka, Solwezi, Kafue, Chongwe, Luangwa and Mongu. The primary responsibility will be handling and entry of completed data forms from field offices. This job is best suited for applicants with strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, good analytical and computer skills. The Data Associates will be working under the directly supervision of the Z-CHPP District Coordinator and the Z-CHPP CMMB Monitoring & Evaluation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating and communicating effectively with internal Monitoring & Evaluation and Program Team
  • Work closely with the ZCHPP respective District Coordinator in a component of data management; Duties include the collection, compilation, documentation and analysis of program data.
  • Provide data to inform and improve the project programing as well as inform the project at the district level on progress towards project implementation.
  • Be the key person to provide Technical support to the Project Volunteers and stakeholders in data collection tools, Management and identification of gaps in data management processes.
  • Assist in internal data  quality assurance activities with District Coordinator
  • Assist the District Coordinator in program implementation and general office management and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow established procedures consistently
  • Good organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • High level of integrity in dealing with sensitive information
  • Previous work experience in Health related projects added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced Diploma in a relevant profession  ( degree is an added advantage)
  • Strong data entry and typing skills
  • Knowledge of Excel and general computing skills
