Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

  1. Responsible for overseeing the customer experience
  2. Formulation and implementation of the customer experience strategy
  3. Management of all customer touch points
  4. Ensuring customer retention targets and revenue are met
  5. Management of customer experience staff
  6. Management of the customer life cycle
  7. Ensuring quality assurance of the customer interactions
  8. Ensuring effective after sale support

Closing date if the 7th of February 2017. At least 5 years experience required in the pay tv industry at a manager level responsible for customer experience. Relevant qualifications required
