Public Service Pensions Fund is an organization incorporated under the Public Service Pensions Act No.35 of 1996 to administer o pension fund for Public Service employees.
The Fund has embarked on a Membership Registration Project to capture data for contributing members; the organization now requires the services of well-qualified, experienced and self-motivated candidates to undertake the project.
POSITION DATA ENTRY CLERKS X 10
JOB PURPOSE
To capture correct details on the forms for Membership registration of contributing members of the Fund.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To ensure the membership variables are captured correctly on the database
  • To ensure that data is validated
  • To provide daily report to the supervisor
  • To ensure that forms captured are filed and scanned
EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • The candidate for the position must have the following qualifications:
  • Full Grade Twelve Certificate with credits or better
  • Diploma or Certificate in Computer Studies or Information Management System
  • Diploma or Certificate in Secretarial Studies
ATTRIBUTES
  • The candidate must have the following attributes:
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Honesty
  • Ability to work under pressure
