Qualifications

• Grade twelve certificate
• Diploma holder, preferably in Business Administration or Accounting or business related field
• Must be computer literate with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent in Windows based computer applications
• Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Two (2) years progressive experience stock and cash management in FMCG
• Below 35 years of age
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both written and Spoken English
• Highly customer focused and ability to drive up sales of fuel, Lubricants, and LPG in a filling station
• Ability to train, motivate, supervise staff and get results from the team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must have the ability to prepare and present reports in Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good leadership skills, a team leader/player
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
