Sales Manager Job Vacancy in zambia
We are looking for an energetic, quick-thinking and motivated sales team manager with the ability to help drive forward sales across Zambia from grassroots to the corporate level.
The successful applicant will be able to implement the strategies required to increase sales through all routes to market including through our schools campaign, agent programme and corporate partnerships. He or she will be experienced in leading sales teams, staff recruitment, training and management.

- Minimum 2 year supervisory and management experience including managing a medium to large teams.
- Experience in marketing and further developing customer service and marketing capacity in-country;
- Experience in business planning and implementation
- Experience in motivating teams with a demonstrated track record in building the capacity of individuals and groups and performance management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and interact with people at all levels, from senior executives to end users
