Service Provider (Kitwe, Lusaka and Livingstone)

The Reproductive Health Service Provider will be responsible and accountable to the Health Centre-in-Charge and will provide sexual reproductive health services through both static and outreach sites. She/he will submit daily service reports to the Health Centre in Charge. Provide safe, youth-friendly sexual and reproductive health services including family planning. Screen clients for the appropriate contraceptive methods and STI treatment. Prepare and refer clients to other institutions for services not available at the clinic. Provide counselling and testing for HIV and other STIs and conduct counselling for other reproductive health concerns. Collect pap smears for the screening of cancer of the cervix. Provide Maternal Child Health services. Prepare and submit timely service statistics and reports on project activities. Ensure effective implementation of Behavioural Change Communication activities. Ensure effective infection control in the clinic as per stipulated regulations.

Qualification :

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Registered Nurse-Midwifery

Experience:

• At least 3 years in the provision of reproductive health services.
• Skills in the insertion of long-acting reversible contraceptives.
• Competitive remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
