Job Title: Performance Management Officer

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and tracking performance of sales staff and conducting regular performance reporting for management decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales reports across products , business and customer segments
  • Conduct daily review of all products
  • Review and analysis of product performance  to ensure the attainment of the budget target
  • Monitor cost/ budget and regularly
  • Make recommendations to Management to business decisions

The successful candidate should possess knowledge of

  • Performance management
  • Banking operations
  • Local financial regulations

Key Skills & Competences

  • Analytical skills, Customer service, Communication Skills, Attention to Detail

Requirements

  • G12 – 5 credits or better including mathematics and English
  • Degree in Accountancy ( Graded Credit or better) and or full / ACCA/ CIMA
  • 2 Years working experience in a similar role
