We are URGENTLY looking for a Wellness and Health Specialist for a mining company. The incumbent will be managing pre-employment medicals, annual medical arrangements, employee engagement programs , team building activity organisations , managing general staff health , coordinating with the company medical doctors on all staff health related issues.

The candidate must have:

  1. Degree in social science or natural sciences
  2. Must possess certification in psychosocial counselling
  3. At least two years practical work experience in a clinic or hospital environment
  4. Good reporting skills
  5. Brilliant record keeping
  6. Excellent listening and counselling skills

Salary is between K15,000 to K20, 000.
