Zambia Sugar Plc, a large  agro-industry which is part of illova Sugar Ltd, is the leading sugar producer in Zambia. It’s main activities are the growing of sugarcane, the production and marketing of sugar and other sugar downstream products. The company has a permanent employee base of 1,700 employees and offers medical, educational, sport, recreation and other social facilities on the Estate in Mazabuka.

Management Trainee – Marketing
To undergo a structured Management Training Programme in preparation for an appointment to a substantive position in the respective Department o successful completion of the developmental programme.

Qualifications

  • Full grade 12 certificate
  • Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Marketing or Busness Administration degree (with a bias in Marketing) or a bachelor of Arts degree in Economics (with a bias in Public Finance)
  • Recent graduates from University or must have completed university education in the 2014/2015 academic year
  • Below 25 years of age
  • Valid Student member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM)
