BancABC part of atlas Mara is one of Zambia’s leading financial institutions, with a rapidly growing nationwide footprint and expanding customer base. To meet the growing needs of the bank, we are currently recruiting for the following positions.
Responsibilities
- To manage BancABC’s bespoke application set on the production enviroment for all BancABC users across the region
- Engaging with development leads to set guidelines for how applications are deployed
- With infrastructure staff to ensure the base platform is maintained to an enterprise level
- Management of the bank’s in-country IT infrastructure to bridge gaps between people and technology requirements by managing the stability and enhanced usability of applications being used by business
- Provide first line support, incident management and troubleshooting to resolve in-country IT related issues
- Implementing and managing country and group IT projects
Qualifications
- Ten years IT experience
- Team Leader
- IT degree
