Directors Finance and Administration job in Zambia

University of Maryland through its local affiliate Maryland Global Initiative Corporation Zambia is seeking highly qualified personnel for the following position;

Directors Finance and Administration
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration
• Chartered Association Certified Accountants (ACCA)
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience at high management level Deputy or Chief of Party
• Experiences as Principle Investigator or Senior Manager with extensive international experience in multi-sectoral US Government funded projects
• Proven experience in project implementation, operational excellence and external and internal audits
• Demonstrate outstanding presentation, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Duties:

• Provide senior management in organizational and leadership issues related to implementing USG grants and contracts
• Formulate and implement strategies that translate into efficient and effective implementation, and prudent resource management
• Provide institutional capacity building in management and governance
• Harmonize relationships across different program functions establishing successful synergies and partnerships with key stakeholders
