A reputable Commercial Bank in Zambia is seeking to recruit self-motivated, enthusiastic and innovative persons to fill the following position(s):

COMPLIANCE OFFICER–IT, E-CHANNELS AND DIGITAL BANKING

Reporting to Head- Conduct and Compliance, s/he will perform the responsibility of :

  • Regular review of Internal Controls on Card Products & e-Channels.
  • Daily monitoring of the up-time of all servers / Applications supporting e-products.
  • Daily monitoring of ATM performance Bank wide. Reporting on ATMs availability, security and functionality on weekly basis as well as a review of ATM cash-out, ATM’s e-journal logs for availability and reliability
  • Ascertain user’s adequate compliance to policies & procedures as regards Visa Card, ATMs & WUMT operations.
  • Liaison between Users and IT for resolution of Users’ problems
  • Report on all ATM related frauds.
  • Resolution of Customers Complaints in liaison with Card Support
  • Ascertain that adequate arrangements exist for creating backup copies of data and programs, storing and retaining them securely and recovering applications in the events of failure.
  • Daily monitoring of System availability and escalating where frequent and/or prolonged delayed are experienced.
  • Perform other functions as assigned by the Head, Conduct and Compliance.

Qualification and Skills:

  • First degree in any relevant discipline.
  • Professional qualifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, CFE, ACAMS, IT Certifications, etc will be added advantage.
  • Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position within the Banking sector.
  • Good understanding of Banking Controls.
