A reputable Commercial Bank in Zambia is seeking to recruit self-motivated, enthusiastic and innovative persons to fill the following position(s):

E-BANKING RECONCILIATION AND SETTLEMENT OFFICER

Reporting to Head- E-Business, s/he will:

• Reconcile GLs relating to Visa local and international settlements
• Process Western Union Money Transfer and Access Africa settlements as per Standard Level Agreement
• Reconcile GLs relating to Western Union Money Transfer and resolve issues
• Reconcile corporate collection accounts including ZRA and NAPSA
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly selttlements reports
• Reconcile GLs relating to ATM settlements and resolve issues
• Raise settlement instruments correctly and efficiently

Qualification and Skills:

• First degree in accounting or business related discipline
• Good accounting knowledge
• Good Customer service/ relationship management skills
• Analytical Skills/ Problem solving
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Must be driven and eager to learn.
