AB Bank Latest Job Vacancy in Zambia: Back office Coordinator and Administration Manager


1. Duties:

The Interns shall be based at AB Bank Kalingalinga Branch in Lusaka and will report to the Branch Manager but provide information to Back office Coordinator and Administration Manager. The Internship is a short term engagement for three months with a high possibility for extension.

The main duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Support the transfer of files for offsite archiving
  • Receiving and sorting out files for the central archive from the branches
  • Management of the Central Archive and adhere strictly, to laid down processes to ensure no loss of documentation
  • Coordinate and advise the Branches in documents and file transfer process
  • Provide any other administrative support as assigned by the supervisor

2. Academic qualification:

  • Diploma in Records Management or pursuing a degree in Library & information studies
  • Good computer literacy
  • High level of integrity
  • Good communication skills both written and orally

3. Key Behavioral Competencies

  • Willingness to work long hours
  • Willingness to learn new tasks
  • Team player and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Must be a Self-starter and ability to motivate oneself
