Account Executive Wanted at Altus Capital – September 2017


Altus Capital Limited is a registered financial services provider offering wealth and investment management services. Our products and services include personal financial planning (wills, trusts, insurance and retirement planning) and fund management.

The Company is searching for a candidate to join the team as an account executive. We are looking for an individual who communicates well, is detail-oriented, and able to work in an environment with tight targets. The successful candidate will be expected to perform general client relationship management duties.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE:

  • Responsible for sales and revenue generation.
  • Direct marketing to individual and corporate clients
  • Establish relationships with key clients and business influencers
  • Handle the opening and maintenance of Account holders.
  •  Market via seminars, workshops etc

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Receive and act on instructions and notifications from clients.
  • Take ownership of customer queries and complaints.
  • Cross sales of the group’s products to increase companies share of wallet
  • Provide best advice to clients on investments in the companies Collective Investment Schemes and other investment options available through the company.

JOB SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1 – 2 years’ work experience in a financial services institution of which at least a minimum of one year should be in an investment management company
  • Analytical and numerical skills
  • Customer care service experiences, business acumen
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literacy skills to include Excel, Word as well as Power Point knowledge to aid in presentations and business development.
  • Must be a smart worker, who is honest and reliable, who exhibits high levels of integrity.
  • Client focused and a strong team player with well-built marketing as well as presentation and interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication between clients, peers and supervisors.
  • Should possess clarity in spoken and written communication skills exhibited through speaking to members, trustees, administrators and regulators involving technical issues.
  • Should possess ability in drafting proposals and reports respectively.
  • Must be passionate and aggressive at selling the company product/services.
