Accountant Job: SOS Children’s Villages Zambia

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia is a childcare and development non-governmental organization existing in 134 countries worldwide and looking after children. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the position in the organization.

Accountant – Herman Gmeiner School

The job holder will be accountable to both the Facility Head(s) and the Village Administrator/ Accountant at the location.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate with a minimum of a Diploma in Accounts, ACCA level 1 or the equivalent.
• At least five (5) years’ proven experience as an Accountant
• Should be computer literate, a team player with leadership skills, integrity, progressive
• un-blemish track record and an effective communicator at all levels of staff.
• Must be a paid-up member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountant (ZICA).

The job holder should provide own accommodation in Lusaka.
