Job Title: Accountant

Duties

  • Stewardship of donor funding.  Ensure compliance with rules/regulations.
  • Management of cash operations and reporting
  • Supervision of accounting and administration staff.
  • Budget preparation and project execution.
  • Project Management – Human resource management, procurement, and project logistics
  • Coordination of annual audits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related field or ACCA level II
  • ZICA membership
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in Financial and Project Management.
  • Confident with proven success in a fast-paced environment.
  •   Ability to work with all levels of project staff.
