We are Looking for an Accounts Assistant – Administration, to perform office support duties

The ideal candidate must have essential skills, like

  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team and follow instructions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; excellent written and oral communication skills, including facilitation and cross-cultural communication.
  • Strong analytical, and critical thinking, problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate basic office machines
  • Must be hardworking and treat work with care

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sorting and maintaining filing systems
  • Checking and comparing data for accuracy and completeness
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
  • Crafting and updating employee contracts of employment
  • Recruitment, Selection and Induction of employees
  • HR Budgets, Plans and Calendar of events
  • Coordinating and facilitating training and development programm
  • Proper Grading of employees
  • Staff welfare

Requirements

  • Must be familiar with computers and Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Must have Full Grade 12 certificate
  • Must have Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Work Experience in Human Resource position would be an added advantage.
  • Candidate must live within.
