Job Description :
- Manage the day to day running of the following Lodge departments: Front Desk and Administration
- Provide oversight of the following department: Storeroom
- Ensure the Lodge can reach its targets e.g. sales, room occupancy, product development deadlines, system development deadlines
- Supervise Front Desk Receptionists
- Build on the Aabiya Lodge Brand
- Skills development program monitoring and implementation for Front desk Staff Members
- Manage Bookings
- Document and File Management
- Online Channel management (Booking.com, facebook, etc.)
Skills :
- Interpersonal Skills
- Bemba, Nyanja, and English
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, PDF
- Online Booking Channel Management (booking.com)
- Customer Service
- Front desk check-in procedures
- Able to understand client billing statement
- Basic accounting e.g debtors, creditors, budgets, income statement knowledge etc.
- Filing and organizing documents (Must be a very organized person)
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Accounts or Admin related course
Age :
- 22 to 29 years old
Experience :
- At least 2 years in employment (part of the experience should be a minimum of 6 months in service industry job or a minimum of 6 months in admin or accounts related job)
