Job Title: Administration Assistant

Location: Limulunga Sub Office

Grade: D

Reporting to: FYNEP Project Coordinator

Starting Date: IMMEDIATE

Contract duration: 1 year

Job Purpose:

The position will be responsible for ensuring effective performance and execution of the finance, administrative, transport and logistics functions and requirements in the Limulunga office.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible for all elements of the Finance function in Limulunga; ensuring compliance with Concern & Donor requirements.
  • Manage and carry out the Admin, Procurement and Logistics for the Limulunga Office and FYNEP Project; as detailed in the full Job description and Organisational manuals
  • Manage and oversee the provision of transport and fueling of vehicles as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in business administration or School Leavers Certificate (Grade 12)
  • Experience of similar administration work, minimum 3 years
  • Experience of basic finance duties
  • Good computer skills; minimal requirement – Word and Excel
  • Experience of 10 finger touch typing
  • Fluent English language communication skills (written documentation, reporting
