Administrative Assistant Job Available at Deloitte in Zambia


The Southern Africa Energy Programme (SAEP), managed by Deloitte, is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support for Programme team based in Lusaka. Duties will include:

  • Diary Management
  • Managing travel schedules
  • Booking flights, hotels and transport
  • Liaising with the SAEP team in Pretoria and other countries
  • Formatting documents (MS Office)
  • Ensuring invoicing and expenses are processed on time and in the correct format

 

Qualification and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written English
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a fast moving environments
  • Experience working with teams in other countries
  • Experience working on USAID or other donor-funded projects will be highly advantageous.
