Administrative Assistant

Reporting to: Country Director

Duties

• The Administrative Assistant is responsible for all AIHA/Zambia administrative matters.
• Providing logistical support for training, workshops, conferences etc
• Assisting the programme coordinator with the day to day programme work as
• Ensuring the office is kept organized
• Collecting quotations tax invoices and delivery notes from vendors, preparing and reviewing procurements requests
• Preparing vendors, preparing and reviewing procurement requests
• Preparing advances and reconciliations
• Assisting with procurement management
• Customs clearing and inventory management of all assets

Qualifications

• B.A or Diploma in Business Administration or Public administration
• At least 3 – 4 years’ work experience in administration related to NGOs.
