Position: Administrative Officer
Location: Lusaka
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing office supplies stock and place orders.
- Managing cars and accommodation.
- Preparing regular reports on expenses.
- Updating office policies as needed
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University Bachelor or Master Degree in a related field. Study experience in China and understanding Chinese would be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
