AFGRI Corporation Limited Zambia, an agricultural company requires the services of suitably qualified, well-motivated and results driven candidates to be appointed in various positions and locations in Zambia.

Responsibilities

• Marketing of all grain
• Marketing of all depot services
• Identify new business opportunities
• Crop Estimates
• Quality and quantity control
• Fumigation
• Cash sales
• Calibration and regular testing of all grading equipment
• Budget and Fixed asset management
• Customer service
• Capacity planning
• Management of niche markets
• Personnel management
• Perform safety and house keeping
• Administration of the depots

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Qualified Grain Grader
• In possession of all grading and fumigating certificates (Maize, wheat and oil seeds)
• Fumigation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Planning and organizing skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret information
• Good knowledge of the agricultural environment
• Three years operational experience in handling & storage of grain
